  1. I used the random number generator with high school students at finals last year. It was for the speech, forensics, and drama classes I was subbing. I was tired of asking for volunteers (during previous assignments) and getting nothing. So I put in their number based on alphabetical order on the attendance form. Fair and un-biased. They were not given the choice to skip. It worked!
