A Two Ingredient Recipe From Pinterest
The Chocolate version needs one more ingredient, chocolate chips.
So here is my fuzzy picture.
1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 can of Pumpkin
1 big 'ole bag of milk chocolate chips!
RECIPE ADAPTED FROM BIG RED KITCHEN'S PUMPKIN MUFFINS
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl mix cake mix with pumpkin filling
using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Using an ice cream scoop, put one scoop into each muffin paper.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or
until tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool completely, serve plain, with powder sugar or icing.
Makes 48.
Plain!
With Powdered Sugar!
Also, you couldn't taste the pumpkin, so as I was Googling it to find the time and temperate, I read a few different blog posts about it being healthier & good for Weight Watchers, since the pumpkin is fiber and lower in fat than milk, eggs and butter!
Interesting!
We dressed poor Anna up in an old Key West T-Shirt while they baked and tried to get her to pose under the Christmas tree, thinking Merry Christmas from Florida....NOPE, she was bent out of shape and wouldn't move...our poor dogs! :)
Their picture, our pictures...safe to say, NAILED IT!
I WOULD ♥LOVE♥ IT IF YOU WOULD FOLLOW
