Organization ~ Read Alouds By Month & Author!
{ I still wish I had taken better pictures! :) }
I am constantly getting emails about what books do I have for each month and author.
SO, I'm going to start to try and share my File Cabinet with YOU! Remember, this is NOT a list of everything you should own or everything you should run out and buy...it is just what I have acquired from garage sales, my personal children's old books, library books sales and donations!
Fern Smith's November Books!

That's it, that is all I have...I am thinking maybe since we really only go 3 out of 4 weeks that month I haven't really put together a great collection...or it could just be that I'm cheap and I haven't found that many at garage sales! :)

I have no idea how this ended up in my Thanksgiving file, but it is one of my favorite books, so I decided to share it with you! As you can see, FERN SMITH, is written on the front.
I love the illustrations in this book and I sing it to the tune of , "Mama's Little Baby Loves Shorten' Bread'
The kids love it because the possum is so naughty!
I found A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving at Amazon, but it turned out it wasn't the book, it was the movie. You can buy it for a 'quick viewing' as they call it. I don't own a Nook, I own a Sony eReader, but I'm thinking I need a Nook now, if only to watch A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving! :) Back in my-day, it came on TV once a year and if you missed it, you missed it, no DVDs, VHSs, DVRs, nothing...and I don't care what old people say about the past being better, I love the present when I can watch Charlie Brown when I want....I just need to find a kid to watch it with me! :)
