Tiffany's Easy Oreo Truffles!

Tiffany's Easy Oreo Truffles!

This recipe comes from my room mom, Tiffany. I was just walking down the hall on the way to bus duty and she said, "Here try one of these!" WOW! They taste so great and are so easy to make! The hardest part in making these cookies was keeping my family from eating the Oreos while we were crushing them!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) package OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
  • 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) package BAKER'S Semi-Sweet BakingWhite Chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. Crush all of the cookies to fine crumbs in food processor or with a mixer. (Cookies can also be finely crushed in a resealable plastic bag.) Place in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese; mix until well blended. Roll cookie mixture into 1 inch balls, about 40 of them.
  2. Dip balls in chocolate; place on wax paper-covered baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with melted white cholocate. {I gave you a picture of my best cookie, I need practice with drizzling melted chocolate, but they all still tasted wonderful!!}
  4. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Store leftover truffles, covered, in refrigerator.
