Lunch Bunch Recipe ~ White Chicken Chili

Michelle's White Chicken Chili!
Ingredients:
3 cans of Pubix, white, northern beans
1 32 oz can of chicken broth
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 package of "McCormick White Chicken Chili Mix"
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Salt

Directions:
Put salt, pepper and garlic salt on chicken and pressure cook them for 15 minutes with a little bit of water in pot. {Or you can grill them, put them in the oven, or pan fry.}
While cooking the chicken, put all of the ingredients into a pot and bring it to a boil. Then add the cooked chicken and simmer for 3 minutes.
{For each can of beans I use one small chicken breast.}
